Hotel & Resort Management System with Booking Website
A luxury resort website with direct online booking, joined to a complete hotel management system: front desk, housekeeping, restaurant POS and kitchen display, rates and channel manager, night audit, reports and an owner app, with a separate login for each role.
The Challenge Solved
Most hotels run their website, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and accounts on separate tools, paper registers and spreadsheets. Bookings get lost between them, rooms get double-sold across OTAs, and the owner can't see today's money in one place.
Demonstrated with The Westhaven Resort, a fictional 30-room beachfront resort in Cox's Bazar. The site is in English and Bangla and shows prices in BDT or USD.
For guests: a hotel website with rooms, pool villas, dining, spa, experiences, offers, a gallery, reviews and directions. A seven-step booking flow covers dates, room, rate plan and extras, guest details, requests, payment (pay at the hotel, bKash, Nagad or card) and review, with a price calendar for flexible dates. Signed-in guests see My reservations, where they can print or cancel a booking, check in online and request an airport pickup. Guests can also order food by scanning a QR code in their room or at a restaurant table.
Six roles, six views: each person signs in to their own workspace. The Owner / General Manager sees everything. The Manager runs day-to-day operations without user or system settings. Front desk gets arrivals, departures, walk-ins, room assignment and guest bills. Housekeeping gets today's room board. Restaurant staff get the POS and kitchen queue. Guests get their own reservations.
For the hotel: a dashboard with arrivals, departures, occupancy, revenue and ADR, plus an owner app showing money collected by cash, bKash, Nagad and card. The system handles walk-in and phone bookings; reservations with folio, invoice and registration card; guest profiles; an availability grid with inventory blocks; housekeeping tasks and room status; pickups with driver assignment; guest messages by email, SMS and WhatsApp; and a night audit with a Z report. Food and drink run through a restaurant POS across four outlets, a live kitchen display and printable QR cards for rooms and tables. The back office covers travel-agent and corporate accounts with credit and commission, groups and events, maintenance tickets and store stock with reorder levels. Revenue is managed with rates, rate plans, offers and a channel manager for Booking.com and Agoda. The team also edits the website content, staff, users and roles, and settings.
